Delivery

We ship from France to the United States, Germany and Australia. Delivery is free on every order. Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Request a return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Our voluntary return policy covers unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging. We cover the return shipping cost and will provide return instructions by email.

Returns are handled in Shenzhen, China. Please contact us for the complete delivery address before sending a parcel.

Damaged on arrival

If your fragrance arrives damaged, email us with your order number and details of the damage. We offer a replacement at no extra cost. This offer and our unopened-product return policy do not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable rights to cancellation, a refund or other remedies.
