Delivery is free on every order. Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.<\/p>\n        <h2>Request a return<\/h2>\n        <p>Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Our voluntary return policy covers unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging. We cover the return shipping cost and will provide return instructions by email.<\/p>\n        <p>Returns are handled in Shenzhen, China. Please contact us for the complete delivery address before sending a parcel.<\/p>\n        <h2>Damaged on arrival<\/h2>\n        <p>If your fragrance arrives damaged, email us with your order number and details of the damage. We offer a replacement at no extra cost.
